Pebble Puppy

Kate loves rocks.  I think all kids love rocks.  The houseboy is a geologist so our kids are really into rocks and they learn to identify them early.  The other day when I took Kate for our little birthday photo shoot I could not get her out of the rocks.  Staci, the ones with her hair down are in your honor!

Yes, I did let Kate lay down and sit in the rocks and get very dirty!  I was so proud of myself!

Only one and a half days until summer break.  I am readying the house.  I am putting into gear my summer parenting techniques.  Over the year and a half that I have been blogging, several people have asked about my favorite parenting books.
