Her little class did a tap routine (very brief) to In the Jungle... They were lions...

Kate is in the middle.
Daddy gave Kate flowers after the performance. She was SO excited. She LOVES the flowers Daddy gives her.
With her friend Stella (from school and ballet).
She was so tuckered out that she fell asleep holding her flowers on the way home in the car:)

And here is the actual recital (Kate is 3rd from the left~she gets turned around a bit;)
After the recital she said, "Mama, I LOOOOVVVE being on the BIG stage!"

She is a living doll!!! I love watching her dance! I know you were beaming with pride. There is something about watching them up there on stage that makes me tear up every time. I hope she always dances like no one is watching :)

ReplyDeleteSooo much fun to watch!! Meggie's recital was May 22nd and she still talks about the "big stage" as if it were yesterday. If I download some video, I will send it to you. Enjoy the start of summer. I am so jealous! Our children don't finish school until June 25th.
