Harry picked "Michele" as the winner. Michele has been teaching 2nd grade for 17 years!!! Congratulations!!! Michele, Please leave your e-mail in the comments and let me know if you would prefer a Starbucks gift card or a Barnes and Noble gift card. I will not publish your e-mail. And thank you to all the awesome teachers out there. I read all of your suggestions and this week, I offered to help in some of the specific ways y'all suggested (sponsoring a child on a field trip, helping in the classroom, etc).
P.S. My voice does not usually sound like this. I have a terrible, terrible cold.
How fun for Harry to pick the winner! He looked so proud to be a part of this special contest. I am trying the shrimp with avocado this week- sounds delicious. Hope you feel better soon with your cold.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Michelle!! 17 yrs of teaching!!! WOW!!!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Congrats to Michelle!
ReplyDeleteYour voice sounds great! If it makes you feel better, I have a pretty deep, raspy voice for a female. I always sound like I have a cold! I'll post a video with me speaking sometime!
Hello my sweet friend, I just had to stop by to tell you I've been thinking about you! I don't get around to blogs like I used to, but I love your sweet family and just wanted you to know that!
ReplyDeleteXO
Have a fabulous week:)
The video was fun and cute. I liked how your voice sounded. I'm sure this will sound like a negative, but something about your voice reminded me of Kate Gosselin (when she is not yelling). I am a Team Kate - so again not a negative from my perspective. Anyway - congrats, Michelle and thanks so much for doing the contest!!!
ReplyDeleteYAAAY Michelle! THank you so much for the wonderful contest and for showing how much you care about teachers! I love how Harry picked the winner! So adorable!
ReplyDeleteHarry is soooooooo adorable! He has the sweetest smile.
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Michelle.
I'm catching up AGAIN!! Seems like that's all I do these days!! Loved your newlywed post! Too funny...I'm right there with ya! I don't know when we'll be coming back to town, I will be sure and let you know. BTW...we sent in our SN application last night, so hopefully something wonderful will happen soon!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Michelle! Harry is too cute for words...love his cute voice! Your voice sounds great compared to mine when I am all stuffy...my poor students are always telling me to repeat b/c I sound ridiculous!
ReplyDeleteThanks again for honoring teachers...especially after a particularly difficult day in school followed by my husband telling me his work position has been terminated! Not such a good day, but Harry made me smile...Thanks, Harry!
Congrat's to Michelle!
