Elissa's shower

Sunday, January 13, 2008

Yesterday, I hosted a baby shower for my dear friend, Elissa. It was such a nice day and after the shower, Elissa and I went to get pedicures and manicures together. I loved spending that time with her. We cannot wait to meet little Jack Mason!

P.S. I am still in the "playing around" stages of the blog design. I am learning a lot and practicing some things. So, this header is not a final product at all. It is simply my very first attempt.

  8. I am sooooo glad you posted the pictures. When you said you were closing the blinds for a little to plan a shower, etc. I just knew the shower would be perfect (not b/c of shutting the blinds - but because everything you do is done with class and elegance). I love the cake, the favors are so creative - I am just impressed throughout! Great job!

  16. I love your blog! I just found it. Question though...I saw you've scrapbooked in the past. Me too, are you still scrapbooking or just blogging? Do you know if you can save a blog, like on a cd or something? Also, I love your header how did you do that?

    Thanks for the advice!

  18. Jennifer,

No time for scrapbooking right now. Yes, there is a place that will print and bind your blog. I forget what it is called but you can google it. I'll look it up and try to post it soon.

I made the header with some digital scrapbook materials and lumapix. I am such a novice (just started today) but it is pretty easy to figure out.

    Hope that helps.
