I feel a bit silly

Monday, October 21, 2013
sharing this link but I promised some people that I would.  A friend of mine started a site called Inspiring Houston Women and I was one of the first set of women she interviewed for the blog.  She was seeking everyday women making differences in our local community.  I am both honored and humbled that she chose me.  You can read the interview here.

  1. Do not feel silly for posting this! It is a huge deal and I absolute loved learning more about you. My friends and I often talk about the stay at home mom verse working. I was lucky that mom stayed home, but I don't know what she would have done if they divorced. Amazing interview, you are a great role model.

    1. Thank you Maggie. It is hard for me to share things like that about myself. That is why it felt "silly" to share. Many people have no idea what I do as I am not one to market myself. I appreciate your kind words very much.

P.S. Can I ask about your blog design? Is this custom or a pre-made design?

    1. Elizabeth, this was a pre-made template from Leap but I had her tweak one or two things for an extra fee. They also designed The Nurtured Home for me as a custom design and I could not be happier with both. Hope that helped. Tell her I sent you:)
