Harry hit his first home-run today! Of course it was during the only 10 minutes of the season we were not there. Dave and Kate arrived just moments after the big play. I came shortly after that as I was running Will to a sleepover. There were two "men" on base too. So three runs were scored. We might start arriving late to all his games:)
First and foremost, I am proud of what a good sportsman and team player Harry is. But since this is our scrapbook, I want to record this momentous occasion too.
P.S. In just an hour he is off to another first~his first Confession!
Way to Go HARRY...

ReplyDeleteWay to go!!! This brings back such wonderful memories of my own little "homerun makers". Thank you Harry for helping me remember such a great period of time in my children's lives.
I so enjoy reading your mom's blog & keeping up with you and Will and little Kate along with your mom and dad. I look forward to more of your baseball triumphs. Keep God first in your life and you will always know the right choices to make.

ReplyDeleteTerri
Good job, Harry. And my middle guy timed my daughter in her second confession. 1 minute 46 seconds. Too cute! Enjoy these times...
ReplyDeleteGreat job Harry! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteHe just looks like a little slugger! Could there be a cuter little boy! And that shot Kim. Many a mom would give her eye teeth for such a good shot of their child's big day.
ReplyDeleteI remember Barrington's first communion (Confession wasn't as fun hehe) He walked down the aisle with a little girl. So proud. I know that must be next so please get some shots!!
Kim, I wondered If I could ask you a favor since i know you have already done a post on this. Kim's All Roads blog to raise funds for Sophia Jane has some jewelry on it that could go to any woman (Unlike many items that are a certain size only) if things work out smoothly for you to do another post on these or just put in a sentence leading your mega followers over there for a good deal on some cute jewelry, I think it would drum up some success. Please don't feel any pressure though, no problem if it doesn't work out. I just thought of you as a way to plug it. You use this blog so often to help others and even your every post is a beautiful example of how responsible family life is so important in the world and how to go about it.
God Bless all you do Kim. (And please don't stop blogging!!)
Love,
Shaaron
