What I am thankful for...

Thursday, August 16, 2007
Moments like this with my children. After dinner tonight, I was laying on the floor (I was exhausted) and all three peanuts crawled up on top of me. Kate was flinging herself on top of the pile. We laughed SO hard!

For Dave taking the kids up into the mountains this weekend for a hike and picnic while I was off on an overnight shopping expedition.

For how much the boys love their little sister!

That we get to live here!

I am also very thankful that we are about to embark on a family vacation.
Life is good.

  1. Such a cute photo of you with the kids climbing all over you. I'm sure you're busy and you won't be able to talk before you leave town. If so, have an amazing trip and hopefully we can talk when you get back.

Dave is such a good dad and husband. Pies and hiking. What more could you want in a guy?

    Hugs,

  2. I love the picture of you and the kids on the sofa! Precious :D What a beautiful hike, I hope that it wasn't to hot. Dave sounds like one (of two :D) in a million guys ~ because I know that am so thankful for my one!

It is 5:50 am, and last night was awesome! I loved it more than I ever dreamed I would, and I don't think that they are going to hate me in December :D Busy, busy day, I think that we may leave tomorrow night.

    Debbie

  11. I love it when the girls do that to me! In fact jane Harris will now ask me to get on the bed and lay down so she can climb on top! The only drawback is that Mae has the boniest hiny and it hurts!

    Have fun on your vacation!
