Last week I just could not get here on Thursday to post! It was a very hectic week. Kate is very busy and into everything and we are just in the process of getting gates and latches and things to keep her safe.
So this week I am thankful ...
~my wonderful date with Harry.
~Kate is taking some real steps (video coming any day).
~new friends who feel like they have been my friends forever.
~my husband who is trying very hard to let me know that I am appreciated.
~that school starts soon. I look forward to the routine and the time. It is not fun (for me) to drag 3 peanuts to Whole foods, Target, an oil change and a car inspection!
~that God has blessed me with this family that keeps me on my toes.
~that Jeff is home from the hospital and continuing to recover. Please keep praying for him though as he has a long road ahead of him.
Several people asked where Danielle got Kate's beautiful dress. It appears to have come from the Ralph Lauren Store in CA. Thanks again, Danielle!!!
I'm so glad that Kitty was special enough to be invited to your tea party. Kate looks BEAUTIFUL in the dress. Then again she looks beautiful in everything.

I used to plan a special lunch date with my children. I remember when my son passed me in height and I felt small for the first time in my life. He is 6'4 now and I still feel small beside him.
